The Staff Guidelines Policy is important to make sure that everyone has a fair chance to collect our digital products. As employees and contractors of Be. by Animoca Brands, AFL and AFL Players Association collectively known as “AFL Mint Project Team”, it is important to ensure that we do not abuse our access to sensitive information or give it to others who shouldn't have it.
Team Members that abuse access to sensitive information or disseminate sensitive information improperly (including to family and friends) erode that trust and may be disciplined, up to and including termination and/or other appropriate measures. In addition, team members and community members are ethically obligated to report known violations of the Ethics or Collect Policies. If you raise a concern that you genuinely believe to be true, the AFL Mint Project Team will ensure that raising this concern will not be used against you and you will not face repercussions.
Applicability
This Policy applies to AFL Mint Project Team participation and interaction with AFL Mint, and any future Be. by Animoca Brands web3 projects (specific projects to be updated as they arise). In addition, this Policy applies to AFL Mint Project Team members (aka all employees and contractors of Be. by Animoca Brands, AFL and AFL Mint), across all levels and geographies, from the first day of employment or engagement with Be. by Animoca Brands, AFL and AFL Players Association until three months after a team members last day of employment at Be. by Animoca Brands, AFL and AFL Players Association. The team members understand and agree that the Compliance and Fraud teams may review your account to ensure adherence with this Policy.
AFL Mint Discord Moderators, referred to as Runners, are volunteers who assist with running the AFL Mint Discord server. While they may have access to certain information, for the purpose of supporting the community such as testing features and updates, they are not part of the official AFL Mint Project Team and do not have access to sensitive or personal information, therefore this policy does not apply to them. The AFL Mint Discord Runners are ethically and morally obligated to not disclose information before it is made public unless they are directed to do so. If they do, they will be disciplined accordingly which may result in removal of the Runner role or permanent ban from the AFL Mint Discord.
Rules
The AFL Mint Project Team is prohibited from entering competitions or opting into Genesis Ball rewards such as all inclusive hospitality packages.
The AFL Mint Project Team is eligible to be included within randomised airdrop rewards.
The AFL Mint Project Team cannot enter challenges. AFL Mint Project team can participate in games of skill such as fantasy league or footy tipping. However, they are not eligible for prizes. The AFL Mint Project Team also cannot act on any information that is not public or that gives them any advantage (perceived or real) relative to the general public who would not have such information.
The AFL Mint Project Team is eligible for promotional pack airdrops.
The AFL Mint Project Team is eligible to buy, sell and trade on the Marketplace. However, the AFL Mint Project Team cannot act on any information that is not public or give them any advantage (perceived or real) relative to the general public who would not have such information.
The AFL Mint Project Team may have access to drops before they go public due to mainnet testing. This is purely for testing purposes and the number of transactions are limited.
The AFL Mint Project Team does not have the ability to influence or determine the allocation of specific serial numbers to individual users. for more information regarding the minting process head here.

This policy will be reviewed annually and may be subject to change.
