If you didn’t receive the Password Reset Email, please check your Spam or Junk folders. If you are using a corporate email, your IT security may have quarantined the email and it may need to be released.
Alternatively, you can reset your password via phone that has been setup. To do this go to the sign in page, enter your email, select forgot password and select 'Verify' with phone. A SMS will be sent with a verification code that you can use to enter and reset your password.
